How To... Log into Your Account
Before you can place an order on NPA Connects, you will be required to log into your account. To do this:
Step 1
At the top of the screen, click on the Login button. On mobile devices, click the hamburger icon at the top right of the screen, then, from the dropdown menu, tap the Sign In button.
Step 2
A pop-up window will open. From here, enter your email address and password. Then click Login.
If you’ve forgotten your password, select/tap on the Forgot your password? link to reset it. Then follow the instructions contained in the email sent to your inbox.
