How To... Create And Order A Direct Mail Item

Wish to create a campaign for a specific audience? Direct Mail items, such as postcards, are one way to do this. Here’s how it works:

Step 1

At the top of the screen, click on the Login button. On mobile devices, click the hamburger icon at the top right of the screen, then, from the dropdown menu, tap the Sign In button.

Step 2

A pop-up window will open. From here, enter your email address and password. Then click Login to continue.

Step 3

Once signed in, click on the Direct Mail menu link at the top of the screen.

Step 4

Locate the product you wish to order and click the Build Product button.

Step 5

Select a saved datalist from the dropdown menu. If you need to create a datalist, you can either do so by clicking the Create Datalist button, or you can upload your own.

Step 6

Adjust the quantity within your chosen datalist with the Choose Quantity slider. Doing this results in a random selection of addresses within this datalist being added or removed.

Step 7

Your pharmacy details will be displayed. Check these are correct, and click the green Prepopulate Template button to generate a design with these details.

Step 8

When you are happy with the design and chosen datalist, click the blue Add to basket button to continue.

Step 9

Once on the Basket page, the order needs to be approved before continuing; select the confirmation checkbox and then click the Proceed to Checkout button.

Step 10

Review the order summary on the Checkout page. Select your preferred payment option and click the Place Order button to continue.
