How To... Register An Account

In order to purchase a product on NPA Connects, first a user account needs to be registered. Here’s how to do this:

Step 1

At the top of the screen, click on the Register link. On mobile devices, click the hamburger icon at the top right of the screen, then, from the dropdown menu, tap the Sign Up button.

Step 2

A pop-up window will open. From here, enter your name, email address and password. Then click the Next button to continue.

NOTE: Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and a special character, such as a hashtag.

Step 3

The next step involves entering your company details, such as name, slogan (if required) and address.  You may also wish to upload your company logo. When you are happy with the credentials provided, click the Next button once more.

Step 4

You must agree to the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy before completing the sign-up process. Optionally, you may wish to sign up for NPA Connects news via email. Once at least the Terms and Conditions have been agreed to, you may click the Sign Up button to continue.

Step 5

That’s it – you have now registered an account! You’ll receive an email confirming this. Please check your Spam/Junk folder just in case.
